
Obituary: Steven Gene Miller

Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend passed away peacefully in his sleep Dec. 24, 2000.
Steven G. Miller, 47, was born Dec. 12, 1953 in Tacoma, WA, the son of Kenneth and Viviene Miller. He married Sharon Bischoff on May 17, 1974. They were sealed for all eternity in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on May 22, 1975.
Steve was gentle, kind, generous, positive, upbeat, optimistic, friendly, caring and extremely hardworking. Heestablished and built a successful business, Aim Windows and Doors. He loved to spend time with his family and friends, golfing,vacationing and attending Jazz Games. But most of all he loved being with his wife. They were a wonderful example of a successful marriage and were each others' best friends.
Survived by: loving wife Sharon, children: Chad (Stacy) Miller, Shannon (James) Lewis and Cory (Krissi) Miller; four grandchildren: Channing, Jonathan, Megan and Noah; father, Kenneth E. Miller; father in-law, Robert C. Bischoff; sister, Sandy (Sheldon) Spencer who are serving a LDS mission in Ireland and brother Lee (Laura) Miller. Preceded in death by his mother Viviene and mother in-law Dorene.
Funeral service will be held on Friday Dec. 29, 2000, 11 am, at Cannon 1st Ward (934 W. Fremont Ave "1120 So."). Friends and family may call on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2000, from 6-8 pm at Redwood Memorial Estates (6500 So. Redwood Rd.) and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Internment Redwood Memorial Estates cemetery.

Steve ( RATMAN ) was a one of a kind . I have many great memories of Rat. When the pep club was practicing
in the main gym for home coming we were sitting in the bleachers waiting to practice. When the lights went off
and the black lights came on Rats shorts came off and he ran around in the upper section. His Jock was
glowing just like the pep clubs pom poms. We are still friends, Just not together right now.
