Rhonda Lyn Loertscher, 54, passed away on January 20, 2009 in North Salt Lake.
She was born on February 19, 1954 in Salt Lake City to Lois Tonge and John W. McNeil.
Mom and her glowing smile touched the lives of all she came in contact with. She would do anything for her children and lived for her grandchildren, who knew her as grandma "Lo-Lo."
She cherished the special relationship she had with her brother and mentor Mike, who she enjoyed going to lunch with and discussing the "good ol' times", as they listened to memorable oldies. Also her uncle Jerry who she was able to live close to and re-kindle a great relationship, her niece Steffan, who she loved dearly and thought of as her own, and her friend Rodney and his family.
Survived by her husband Dennis, son Tim Rico (Sjan), daughter Traci Jackson (William), step-sons Jason Loertscher (Melanie), Clint Loertscher (Adria), brothers Michael W. McNeil (Leslie), John M. McNeil (Dana), sister Beverly, her parents, 11 grandchildren, and many other close family and friends. Preceded in death by her baby Tiffany, brother Harold W. McNeil, and sister Tanya Workman.
Family and friends can gather to celebrate Mom's life on Sunday, January 25, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road.
